These Terms govern the use of the UXplore Mobile Application (“Application”) operated by UXplore Technologies Private Limited (“Company”).

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

• You must be at least 13 years old to use UXplore.
• You agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• You may use UXplore only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.

2. Location & AR Features

• UXplore uses your device’s GPS to show location-based AR content.
• AR is activated only when you tap Activate AR.
• You are responsible for your surroundings while using AR.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

• All UXplore graphics, logos, AR models, and content are owned by UXplore Technologies.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reuse app assets without written permission.

5. Limitations & Liability

UXplore is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for:

• Device damage due to misuse of AR
• Location inaccuracies due to weak GPS
• Service interruptions or connectivity issues

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
