UXplore Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects the privacy of every user (“you”, “your”) who installs and uses the UXplore mobile application (“Application”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Application, including its Location-based and Augmented Reality (AR) features.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, the “Last Updated” date will be modified. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept those changes.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party app store (Google Play, Apple App Store) or any external websites from which you download UXplore.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Personal Data

We may collect personal information such as your name and email address when you:

  • Sign in with Google
  • Register using email
  • Provide feedback
  • Engage in surveys or communication activities inside the Application
  • Name
  • Email
  • Access to Photo

This data is voluntarily provided by you.

1.2 Auto Login (Google Authentication)

The Application supports Google auto-login for fast access.
When you open UXplore, the App may request permission to:

  • Use your Google account for authentication
  • Store your login session for seamless re-entry

You may revoke this access at any time from your device or Google Account settings.

1.3 Location Information (IMPORTANT)

UXplore is a location-based AR app, and your location is essential for core features.

We request permission to:

  • Access your precise location (GPS)
  • Manual Refresh of location while using the Application

Your location is used to:

  • Show AR experiences available at your physical location
  • Display local drops, events, offers, points of interest, and interactive content
  • Enable geo-anchored content inside the AR environment

We do not track your location in the background.
Location is only used when the Application is open and running.

You may disable location access in your device settings, but some features may not function.

1.4 AR (Augmented Reality) Camera Access

The Application uses your device’s camera to:

  • Display AR visuals
  • Render AR drops and experiences
  • Detect surfaces and environment

We do not record, store, or upload photos uploaded without your permission

Camera access is used only during AR sessions when you tap “Activate AR”.

1.5 Mobile Device Permissions

We may request access to the following:

  • Camera → For AR
  • Location → For geo-based experiences
  • Storage (if enabled later) → For saving screenshots or downloads
  • Push Notifications → For updates, events, and new drops

You can enable/disable permissions via your device settings.

1.6 Derivative Data

When you use the Application, our servers may automatically receive:

  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • Usage statistics
  • Crash logs
  • Interaction events (non-personal)

This data helps improve performance, stability, and user experience.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

  • Provide AR and location-based features
  • Authenticate users
  • Improve app performance and stability
  • Respond to queries and provide customer support
  • Enhance content relevance based on your location
  • Ensure safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
